► Introduction:Blue Aragonite is such an interesting crystal to have for sale, quite unique in its formation, a gorgeous blue often giving way to brown hues underneath and lovely caves which are quite natural in this crystal. Please study all photos carefully as these stones do have natural imperfections which to me add to its beauty.

Blue Aragonite is a variety of Aragonite that crystallizes in orthorhombic or acicular formations. It’s commonly found in Austria, Greece, Mexico, China and Morocco. It has a hardness of 3.5 to 4 on the mohs scale. Blue Aragonite is mainly sold on the market as raw, tumbled pieces, or shaped into beads. Every so often jewelry and extremely high grade specimens become available, but usually sell almost instantly due to the sheer beauty of this stone.
